Rocket Group needed to launch from the ground up — with no brand presence, no client funnels, and no automated systems in place.
The goal was to establish a high-performance marketing brand capable of generating consistent real estate leads through a fully automated, measurable, and scalable funnel.

  4. Lead Generation: Launched Google and Meta Ads targeting real estate professionals looking for marketing support.

  5. Landing Pages: Built high-converting landing pages for inquiries and onboarding.

  6. CRM Implementation: Set up GoHighLevel CRM for unified lead tracking, client communication, and campaign management.

  7. Automation Workflows: Created end-to-end automation — email + SMS follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and retention workflows.

From the hero messaging to the funnel structure, every element was crafted to deliver a premium user experience — showcasing developments, generating qualified leads, and positioning the brand as an authority in the GTA market.

Rocket Group Lead Generation

Rocket Group’s lead generation system was built to drive consistent, high-quality real estate inquiries through a fully automated marketing funnel.
I developed and managed multi-channel campaigns across Google and Meta Ads, designed to capture buyers and investors actively searching for pre-construction opportunities.
Each campaign was supported by custom landing pages, CRM integrations, and automated follow-up workflows, ensuring fast response times and higher conversion rates.
The result was a scalable, data-driven system that generated over 20,000 qualified leads in one year while reducing cost per lead and improving lead-to-appointment efficiency.
